Long Reach Boom Arm - Excavator Attachment

The extended arm is generally made of Q345B steel, which has good strength and rigidity,
The shaft sleeve is generally made of 45 #+20 # steel, with a 40Cr liner embedded inside,
In addition, the lubricating grease greatly reduces the shear force generated by the shaft and sleeve during frequent rotation, thereby increasing the service life of the shaft sleeve.
The extended arm is generally a box type structure, which consists of two upper and lower cover plates and two left and right wall panels,
The interior must be welded with buffer bars, and the buffer bars must have elliptical holes to better release the stress generated by the extended arm during welding and operation, avoiding damage to the extended arm.
